Skoroparka III Inox

The «Skoroparka III» furnace is a further development of the TMF line of innovative continuous superheated steam wood burning furnace for quick preparation of a Russian steam bath and water heating.

The furnace is designed for a steam volume from 6 to 16 m³.

The price of the «Skoroparka III» kit, in addition to the furnace, includes a hot water tank with a capacity of 52 liters, it is also the first shielded water-cooled starting chimney module of 1000 mm.

This furnace was made taking into account eight years of experience in the design, operation, criticism and wide public discussion of previous models of continuous superheated steam burning furnace.

The furnace has all the advantages of the previously issued TMF steam ovens, namely:

• Unlike other bath furnaces, which only heat and over dry the air in the steam room, the furnace constantly moisturizes it. Because in this innovative furnace the main tool for preparing a Russian steam bath is superheated steam with an outlet temperature of up to 400 ° C.

• It allows you to receive and maintain the classic condition of the Russian steam bath in the shortest time with minimal human involvement.

• It produces an unlimited amount of superheated steam, of unattainable quality for traditional furnaces.

• It allows you to change the microclimate in the bath quickly - from the softest and most comfortable to extremely hot.

Since the «Skoroparka III» furnace is of small size, it can be easily mounted even in the smallest steam rooms.

The design of the firebox, heater, heating water tank, a superheater has substantially changed.

The side and back surfaces of the firebox are cooled by air convection. The furnace received a large heater with a loading of stones up to 80 kg, which is heated from the walls of the firebox and allows you to raise the humidity sharply in the steam room for steam accents. The smaller the stones are and the denser they are laid in the heater, the weaker the convection heating of the air is. The larger they are and the less often they are laid, the stronger the heating is.

A vertical cylindrical tank for heating water and steam generation, mounted above the firebox, holds 52 liters of water. It is made of 1 mm thick stainless steel. The tank is heated from below by radiation from a flame, and from the side - by convection heat of hot flue gases.

The removable tank of the furnace has a wide neck, through which it is convenient to fill water from a bucket. The neck of the tank has a sealed lid with a convenient lock. An emergency valve is located on the tank lid, which reduces the pressure in the tank in case of an emergency.

To maintain a constant water level in the tank, it can be connected to an additional large-volume tank through any of two collapsible taps located on both sides of the furnace.

The removable tank covers the chimney, inside which the superheater steam is placed. The superheater of the furnace is built into the chimney, which is part of the furnace. The superheater from below is heated by radiation from coals and firewood fires, from above - by convection from the flame and flue gases.

The water in the tank boils and the resulting saturated steam is transferred through the steam line to the superheater body and goes into the steam room.

During the operation of the furnace, the air necessary for combustion is supplied through the ash box and the grate to the fuel. The grate allows you to force the combustion process and get a powerful high-temperature flame at the time of ignition.

It provides uniform burning of firewood throughout the firebox, so necessary for a bath furnace.

Hot water for washing, steaming brooms and household needs is also taken from the tank of the furnace.

The water in the tank is brought to a boil in about 30 minutes.

Hot water from the tank is disassembled through taps (not included in the delivery kit), which are connected to the tank from two sides.

In the «Skoroparka III Inox Lumina» model, the door is of an original design with a translucent screen made of heat-resistant glass with a diagonal of 28 cm. The furnace is produced in the color of the casing «black bronze».
