Sayany Cast wood-burning sauna frame-stove is the first TMF’s sauna frame-stove with firebox made of cast iron.
The stove has borrowed its beautiful design and name from the very popular Sayany stove. It also has borrowed its durable cast iron furnace and «Cast» reference from the latest, and very popular Tunguska stove.
Do you remember that the word «Cast» referrers to cast iron? All of the TMF’s stoves with cast iron furnace have this reference in their name. «Cast» is the latest series of TMF’s stoves.
Indubitable advantages of sauna stoves made of cast iron are high heat and corrosion resistance, which guarantees their long service life (up to 30 years).
Heavy, cast iron stove with thick walls cools down slower (about 3 hours) and remains heated longer than stoves made of iron plates. Moreover, heat conductivity of cast iron is way higher than heat conductivity of heat-resisting steel. That is why cast iron firebox is heated evenly through out all the heated surfaces.
Sayany cast iron stove differs from the similar models with reference «Inox» and «Carbon» by the furnace that made of assembled cast iron.
Idea of heat balance is used for the firebox design in the new stove. The walls of the firebox are minimum of 12 mm thick, and the most heated points are made twice thicker. The walls of the firebox are up to 20 mm thick.
Extended warranty period up to 5 years is set for integrity of the components of cast iron firebox of the new model.
It is important to note that this stove can be stoked with cannel coal («nut» size 25–50mm).
This stove preserved its elegant high-tech design that is typical for all TMF’s sauna frame-stoves. The cast iron components are also designed with great care.
This model has a lot space for stones that contains about 100kg as Sayany steel stove has. It eliminates the hard infra-red radiation emitted by the walls of the furnace and has high heat storage capacity. Large area of heating surfaces enables heating of large volume of stones, maintaining stable temperature in a steam room for the long period of time.
The new stove is designed for heating a steam room of 8–18cu.m capacity.
The production line includes 2 models: with standard flue channel and Vitra.
