Arabeska XXL Inox

The stove «Arabeska» is a development of a line of wood-fired sauna stoves, made on the basis of the new original layout of the stove «Skoroparka III».

The main difference between this layout and the layouts of other sauna stoves is that the stove fuel channel is made of heat-resistant steel, in which firewood can and should be burned. Thanks to this arrangement of the structure, it is possible to use firewood with a length of more than 50 cm, while the stove has extremely small dimensions in plan and takes up minimal space in the steam room.

The stone heater mesh of the stove is made in the form of an oriental medieval ornament, consisting of repetition of the same intricate geometric elements. Such an ornament has the European name arabesco (from the Italian «Arabic"), which gave the name of the stove.

For the greatest expressiveness and contrast of the ornament, it is recommended to lay either very light or very dark stones.

The stove is L-shaped when viewed from the side. In the lower horizontal part of the stove there is a long firebox, and in the vertical part there is a closed stove in the form of a high vertical cylinder, which is heated by a flame from all sides.

The all-new product does not require additional or increased fire safety measures at the place where the firebox passes through the wall between the steam room and the adjacent room where the door goes. Compliance with the manufacturer's standard recommendations is sufficient.

The stove «Arabeska» is designed for steam rooms from 8 to 18 m³, «Arabeska XXL» - 12 to 24 m³.

Despite the identical volumes of fireboxes, the increase in the capacity of the stove «Arabeska XXL» is ensured by the larger area of heating surfaces and a larger volume of the stone heater.

The closed stone heater is designed as a tall, vertical cylinder for two reasons. Firstly, this shape ensures maximum convection heating of the heater from the rising hot flue gases.

Secondly, when water is supplied into a deep stove, the water flows down the hot stones much longer and evaporates much faster than in a stove of the same volume, but less deep.

In the most popular stove TMF «Geyser», the vertical path of water over the stones from the end of the funnel to the bottom of the heater is 22 cm. For comparison, in the stove «Arabeska» - 30 cm, and in the stove «Arabeska XXL» - 57 cm.

The volume of the closed heater of the stove «Arabeska» is 18 liters, the «Arabeska XXL» - 29 liters. They hold 27 and 44 kg of stones, respectively.
But this volume of the stove is used much more efficiently than in other stoves, since not only the volume of the stove is important, but also the length of the path of water along the hot stones.

The bottom of the stove is reinforced and made of 4 mm heat-resistant steel used in Super Inox stoves.

The stone heater is supplied with water through a filler funnel with a non-return valve, as in the stove «Geyser». Stones in a closed heater are laid and revised through the mouth of the filler funnel. 

To increase the temperature of the steam, the steam outlet from the closed stone heater is made through a vertical pipe, lowered into the depth of the heater. The steam is then fed into the outer heater net for additional superheating. 

In the upper part of the stove there is a revision window for cleaning the upper surface of the stove from possible accumulation of ash and soot.

To reduce soot coating of the furnace and for more complete combustion of fuel, there are channels for supplying secondary air to the upper tiers of the stove. Primary air is supplied to the firebox through the ash pan and the cast iron stove-bar.

For the design of the starting module of the chimney, nat-tube heater «Arabeska” of the same design is produced (not included in the delivery set).

The outer mesh-heater of the stove «Arabeska» can hold up to 80 kg of stones, and the stove «Arabeska XXL» - 110 kg.

The stove is equipped with a door «Lumina» with a translucent screen made of heat-resistant glass with a diagonal of 28 cm.

The stoves are produced in «black bronze» shell colour.
