Barabek grill of TMF is designed for cooking in a large cooking pot, frying pans, pots, on skewers, roasting jacks and grill grates outdoor or in specially equipped rooms.
Barabek - the name of the grill - was taken from the famous poem about surrealistic omnivorous overeater written by the Russian poet Korney Chukovsky.
The product is a classic Finnish grill about two meter high with an integrated stove for 12-litre large cooking pot and cast-iron cooking surface.
The fireplace cup is designed for fire making, heated charcoal and placing attachable grill.
You may fasten rotating oven fork for dishes and grill grates on two vertical rods.
You may place frying pans and pots on round cast iron stovetops of the fireplace cup over the fire from the integrated stove.
In order to cook pilaf in a large cooking pot, you have to remove stovetops and place a large cooking pot in a hole of the stove.
Diameter of a hole for a large cooking pot is 36 cm which is ideal for large cooking pots with a volume of 12 litres.
Decorative case protects against heat from the stove. Under the stove there is a compartment with a rack to keep firewood, coal and kitchen utensils.
Around the cup there are two convenient rounded wooden tables to put food, dishes and utensils.
Tables have protective coating. They are fixed in such a way that you can approach the grill from different sides.
Over the cup a conic haze hood on three vertical tube-shaped supports is positioned; it has a flue outlet and an umbrella.Back support of bigger diameter is a flue of the integrated stove. Haze hood is designed for collection and exhaust of smoke through the hole in its upper part, as well as for protection from precipitation.
When cooking something in a large cooking pot, all smoke from the stove goes out through the flue under the hood. You can generate a stable draught in the flue of the grill very fast by heating the integrated stove.
Thanks to its leaf-type design the grill looks nice and matches perfectly with your land plot.
To cook on fire and coal on Barabek it includes the following accessories:• A large round rotating oven fork with the diameter of 38 cm
• A round grill grate made of cooking stainless steel with the diameter of 41 cm
• An overhead barbecue for shashlik cooking for 8 skewersThe supports over the roasting cup have holes with stopper pins, by means of which you can adjust the oven fork height when using various devices to cook food on coal.
The rotating oven fork can be fixed on side supports of the flue outlet and demounted by means of thread joints.
The round stainless steel grill grate is reliably fixed in the oven fork ring.In addition to the grill grate you can place various metal dishes of different diameters on the rotating fork, like: frying pans, pots, cast iron grills, smoking pans, woks, large pots, double-sided wire grill grates.
Attachable grill for cooking shashlik on skewers is positioned on the flat bottom of the cup and fixed on supports.
In the front part of the barbecue there is a screen for protection of your hands from thermal emission.
The stove's firebox, the bottom of the cup, the rotating oven fork, the grill, and all other principal elements are made of construction steel. They are firmer and harder, which prevents them from thermal deformations.
You can use the grill indoors. It should be installed according to the manual, installing a flue and a smoke exhaust conforming to the fire safety rules.
The production line includes one model, Barabek, in black bronze colour.
